garden talks is back!

We know that you have gardening questions, and we want to make sure you get solid answers. Join us March 7th at 10:30am for our next Garden Talk of the 2026 season! Bring a friend who loves gardening, or come and make new friends there. Join us for a fun morning of learning about new garden trends, discovering plants specific to our area, getting ideas for your landscape, and learning what you should be doing right now in your garden. We’re looking for passionate garden lovers who enjoy plants and people! We have a number of part-time positions opening up in March, and whether you're an experienced gardener or just love being surrounded by green growing things, we want to hear from you! We're hiring for the following nursery positions:



Nursery Assistant - Closing (2 positions)

  • Sunday – Tuesday 1:00pm- 5/6:00pm (1 position)
  • Wednesday-Saturday 1:00pm-5/6:00pm (1 position)

Groundskeeper (1 position)

  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Together with containers of all sizes, colors, and textures, you can bring plants into any space with style!




Custom Containers

We adore designing containers, and we'd love to help you create yours! If you'd like help designing and planting your containers, we're here to add the Madeline George touch to your garden! 


If you have specific ideas of colors, plants, etc., you can download our handy planning sheet at the link below. Then, bring it in to the nursery, and we'll get to work creating your dream containers.

PLAN YOUR NEXT EVENT HERE! 


Here at Madeline George, we offer a number of event-related gathering spaces including:

  • Custom Classes (20 people or less).  Host a custom class for any group of 4-20 people. Grab a few friends, choose a topic, and create something beautiful! Classes can be instructional (pruning, planting, design, etc.) or creative (custom terrariums, plant arrangements, patio herb gardens, and more). This is a great way to gather with friends and family to create something beautiful!
  • Small Scale Events (20 people or less, after hours).  We have updated our event venue guidelines and fee structure to better meet your needs.  Find details on our Private Event page here.
  • Large Scale Events (20 to 100 people, after the nursery closes).  We have updated our event venue guidelines and fee structure to better meet your needs.  Find details on our Private Event page here.
